Schedule:
Monday -Friday
8am to 5pm.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for patient experience services.
Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Plan, organize, and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
Prepare service area budget and ensures that department operates within allocated funds.
Coordinate and direct internal and external driven audits.
Direct and evaluate all clinical activities, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management.
What You Will Need
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
5 years of experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
Bachelor Degree: Strongly Preferrred
Registered Nurse: Strongly Prefeerred
