KPMG is currently seeking a Digital HR Director for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead experience-driven

digital HR Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization

of the HR Function

• Lead engagement

teams to define a modern HR Operating model that is oriented towards World

Class Service Experience

• Lead

go-to-market activities for our Digital HR, and Enterprise Service Experience

Modernization Solutions

• Act as the

client executive connection on our HR advisory engagements

• Drive

strategy through implementation of our Digital HR Transformation services

• Work with

our Technology, Analytics and Adoption services peers to tailor comprehensive

HR Transformation solutions for our clients that drive value and outcomes

Qualifications:

• A minimum

of eight years of experience with HR technology, operations, Shared Services,

Operating Model Design and Organization Design

• Bachelor's

degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

• Experience

in Human-centered design and Employee Experience oriented platforms and

solutions

• Full life

cycle HR Transformation and Service delivery supporting Shared Service or Cloud

delivery solutions including ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP/SuccessFactors

and other HR Technology implementations experience

• Lead

Project Planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment

life cycle and the detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best

practices

• Applicants
