We have recently partnered with a fantastic company in the wholesale sector industry who is looking for a Credit Processor to join their team! You will be responsible for the credit workflow and maintaining customer credit files.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts and job accounts as requested.

  • Has credit limit authorization up to $35K.

  • Quickly resolve customer complaints through effective verbal and written communication.

  • Ensure corporate credit standards, policies and procedures are adhered to and followed.

  • Elevate credit and financial information for proper approval.

  • Create customer credit files and maintain information per agreed upon policy.

  • Research and assist in the waiver process for our customer portfolio.

  • Maintain customer credit file accuracy.

  • Review and understand the needs of internal & external customers and how our department and services can meet those needs effectively and efficiently.

  • Responds to requests from customers, field sales and executive management.

  • Resolves system issues and facilitates higher-level collection issues.

  • Represents the company on customer visits, business meetings and trade group meetings.

  • Assist in the data gathering and uploading of documents after the on boarding of acquisitions.

  • Respond to requests from customers and internal/external departments to resolves credit processing issues.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

qualifications:

Qualifications include:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in Credit Processing and/or Construction Industry

  • Working knowledge of credit and collection principles is a MUST

  • Working knowledge of GetPaid software application is a PLUS

  • Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations in a clear and concise mannerAbility to deal with ambiguity

  • Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables & V Lookups)

  • Ability to work in a team environment
