Oracle Creative Program Manager in Chicago, Illinois
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

Manage all programmatic aspects of a campaign production for video, photography and animation work including pre-production, production, workflow, timelines, asset development, delivery and budget tracking.
Create production schedules based on Marketing BOMs.
Manage review cycles, disseminate notes, coordinate feedback.
Ensure team establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
Work closely with Producers and Creative Directors to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
Working with the team to build scalable systems and create templates.
Work across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams
Communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
7 years of experience as a creative program manager or similar role.
3 years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional, projects
Knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or retail creative department
Background working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams. Experience working directly with creative directors, art directors, designers, writers, project managers and marketing managers
Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate department process changes to all necessary internal and external partners.
Experience with project management tools and Digital Asset Management systems. Naming convention process experience a plus.

Excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work
Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
The ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos is essential to this role. Should be ready to jump into any situation, assess, and take control.
