Kelly Services Contract Administrator in Chicago, Illinois

Our client, the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States and fifth largest overall, is currently seeking a Contract Administration Consultant for a 6+mos contract position located in Chicago, IL – Remote due to COVID.

Pay Rate: $25.10/hour on a W2

Normal Business Hours

Job Description:

This position is responsible for participating in and supporting network-related initiatives. These initiatives may include the executing simple contracts, contract and roster review, coordinating with operational and credentialing teams for contract and roster loading, coordinating and collaborating with other teams across the enterprise. This position will require comfortability working across multiple lines of business including both commercial and government products.

It will require learning of internal systems, Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office, among others. We need a fast learner and someone who can hit the ground running.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Ability to interface with providers if necessary

  2. Cross-functional coordination and collaboration

  3. Willingness and ability to navigate organizational systems and processes

  4. Communication with contracting team to ensure timelines and priorities remain on track

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  5. Bachelor’s degree with two-year’s experience in contracting or contract management/coordination

  6. Function in ambiguous and/or time-sensitive situations

  7. PC skills and power-user with Microsoft Office

  8. Verbal and written communication skills to include correct grammar, clear, concise, and appropriate word choice and tone

  9. Listening and interpersonal skills

  10. Experience working in teams

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  11. Contract negotiation experience

  12. Salesforce and Docusign proficiency
