Responsibilities

This is a challenging and dynamic position that draws heavily upon the analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills essential to effective general strategy consulting. Consultants are expected to provide wide-ranging support for consulting engagements and must organize their own tasks and schedules in carrying out substantial business analyses and delivering high quality, client-ready work. As our clients are often large, complex systems, Consultants must demonstrate business professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to grasp new concepts quickly to perform effectively and add value in the client environment. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performing data research, collection, report preparation and quantitative analysis;

  • Shadowing leaders during interviews to capture information and provide it in a succinct and cohesive format;

  • Performing compliance testing against a client’s policy and procedures;

  • Conducting data gathering activities including document review/organization and supervision and quality control of data acquisition;

  • Ensuring that work papers are properly managed and organized;

  • Drafting policies, procedures and summary reports;

  • Summarizing and presenting on new laws and regulations;

  • Supporting team in the management of day-to-day client relationships and expectations;

  • Building client relationships and looking for opportunities to expand projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduating with an undergraduate BA/BS degree or Master’s Degree by June 2021

  • Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences consulting

  • Exhibit critical thinking, creativity, and strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate superior data collection, organizational and analytical skills and a high level of motivation and initiative

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively as a member of a team

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint- must be able to think graphically

  • Must demonstrate willingness to travel and work overtime when required

  • Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Majors in business, finance, economics, healthcare management and policy, or science, are preferred

  • GPA of 3.2 or better

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
