This position is located in Melrose Park, IL.

Shifts available are one of the following:

1. Monday and Thursday: 11:30am to 8pm.Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am to 5pmFriday 8:30am to 5pm.

2. Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8pmFriday 8:30-5pm

What You Will Do

Provide behavioral health counseling services.

• Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.

• Administer individual and group therapy.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.

• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.

• Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.

• Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.

What You Will Need

Education:

• Masters Degree Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
