Chestnut Health Systems Counselor - Drug Court / Full-Time / Weekends off and no on-call duties!!! in Bloomington, Illinois
Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time clinician to be a part of the McLean County Drug Court team. Candidates will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work within a team-oriented environment. The Drug Court Clinician will attend weekly court dates and advocate for clients in weekly staffings along with members of the McLean County States’ Attorney’s office, Public Defender’s office, Adult Probation, judges, and other team members. Evening work is required for this position that consists of a 40 hour work week with weekends off. There are no on-call responsibilities for this position and supervision for aspiring LPCs and LSWs can be provided. This position qualifies for the NHSC Substance Use Disorder Workforce Loan Repayment Program and Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs for qualified candidates.

Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
Collaborate closely with the members of the court teams.
Must have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and must be eligible and obtain CADC certification or licensure within two (2) years' of hire date.
Must have a valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance and be insurable (when applicable).
Requires basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and an electronic medical record (EMR).
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
