General Summary: The Contract Administrator will provide support, processing and monitoring of all long-term contracts with customers to help meet company profit targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•    Responsible for all contractual activities for Usage, Installment, Rental Purchase Options and Service contracts•    Responsible for reviewing new orders for accuracy, issuing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries and installations, and billing the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract•    Ensures accurate and proactive communication with respective stakeholders and customers regarding order and billing process•    Support Contract Services Manager in review of Customer Contracts, Supplier Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements and related legal documents•    Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates Requirements:•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field a plus•    Understanding of basic contracts and application•    Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel•    Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses•    High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation•    Ability to manage changing priorities, multi-task, and exhibit an orientation to detail•    Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner and to keep all employee information confidential
