This role will support the Sr. Manager, Talent Management in overall analysis on critical role performance indicators and support large scale studies on critical role success measures, support ad hoc data requests, provide insights based on assessment data, and support Executive Talent Management Review as needed. Will review internal and external data to support studies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support data gathering efforts to drive defined key talent and critical role data studies.
Conduct external benchmark initiatives that will further inform critical role success factors, development suggestions, and performance measures.
Support assessment center logistics and data gathering efforts to drive insights on GMs and Regulatory Leaders.
Design and implement graphical displays for GM study and Assessment Center output.
Complete ad hoc data requests.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Masters degree in I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources
7-10 years of progressive experience in data analysis, I/O Psychology, and / or Human Resources.
Deep understanding of assessments (DDI, Korn Ferry, Birkman, etc.)
Must be able to understand and leverage historical and broad organizational data and translate that into meaningful insights about defined key talent populations.
Will have a naturally inquisitive demeanor and an ability to seek trends in disparate sources.
Should be able to identify opportunities and define a path to get ahead of the curve on process improvements.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced XL and PPT skills.
Comfortable in Workday and able to define requirements to use or build reports to enable dashboards, analysis, and studies.
